Refund Policy
Our promise to customers who purchase digital plugins
Overview: All products sold in our store are digital WordPress plugins delivered instantly after purchase. Because these are digital goods, we cannot accept returns like physical items. Instead, we provide a 30-day refund policy under specific conditions.
Refund Eligibility Refunds may be granted if:
- The plugin does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
- You purchased the same plugin more than once (duplicate order).
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You no longer need the plugin or no longer run a WordPress site.
- The plugin is incompatible with unsupported third-party themes or plugins.
- You purchased the wrong plugin by mistake.
Refund Process Once we receive your request, our team will carefully review it. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few business days to appear.
Non-Refundable Items
- All downloadable software products (unless covered by eligibility criteria).
- Gift cards or license codes purchased as gifts.
- Discounted or promotional sale items.
